Based in south-east London, I work with adults and young people to support and improve their emotional and mental health.

With a background in the creative industries and corporate sustainability, I have built a career in fast-paced, commercial environments and have a particular interest in how the world of work, and its complex relational dynamics can impact wellbeing.

I can help with a wide range of difficulties and concerns and have experience across various clinical settings and client groups including the private sector, the NHS, higher education, and community-based organisations.

I believe in creating and maintaining a safe space to explore complex social, cultural and environmental factors including the roles of gender, sexuality, class and race.

I work in a non-judgemental way, guided by psychodynamic principles and evidence-based research and I am bound by the ethical standards of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I am available for consultations, short-term counselling and longer-term therapy, online and in-person in Brockley and Blackheath.

Fees available on request.
